APPOINTMENT BOOKING REGULATIONS

Welcome to Hoa Cat Spa (Home). We are committed to providing professional physical therapy and healthcare massage services. Before booking an appointment, please carefully read the regulations below to ensure the smoothest service experience:

For Hotel Guests:

Please check the hotel's visitor policy in advance regarding external healthcare service providers.
Our certified therapists will present their professional ID/practice certificates at the reception desk upon arrival.
If the hotel requires guests to personally greet visitors at the lobby, please kindly come down to the lobby to receive our therapist.
(Note: In case the therapist has arrived but the service cannot proceed due to the hotel's access restrictions, please pay a travel surcharge of 100,000 VND / $5).

For Apartment/Condo Guests:

Please provide accurate and detailed address information (Building name, Block, Floor, Room number).
To facilitate access to your room, please ensure the building's intercom/key card system is functioning normally.
If the building management or security guards require resident confirmation or a direct pick-up, please come down to the lobby to meet the therapist.
